Automated load handling
Automated load handling requires the machine to know precisely the starting position of the load and its final destination. A vision system provides both as spatial coordinates, updated in real time and sends them to the machine control system.
This applies to an operating vehicle, a crane or a robotic arm. In each case you gain repeatability and independence from the human operator.

Spatial coordinates
Millimeter precision in depth estimation
With our single-camera Mono3D DepthCam we obtain the position of objects of known dimensions with accuracy up to 1 cm at a distance of 4 meters.
With the Bi3D stereo camera pair we work on loads of any shape, with millimeter accuracy and a relative error below 0.1% on the Z axis.
We also design multi-camera configurations, with mounting frames built in-house.
Analysis and communication
From data to real-time automation
We interface with PLCs and on-board systems through any industrial communication protocol.
Video processing runs on our GPU hardware, delivering up to 150 TOPS and handling up to 20 high-resolution video streams simultaneously, with real-time performance maintained even during AI inference.
Parallel checks run on the same system: handling guidance can be managed alongside human detection in the operating area or other types of visual checks.
