Real-time Vision
ITEM systems ensure near-zero latency thanks to the quality of the hardware and the technologies used.
Multiple inspections can be performed simultaneously on the same hardware through parallel processing, while maintaining latencies in the order of hundredths of a second.
We can perform inspections and measurements, and send custom alerts even at very high speeds, making our systems suitable for high-volume production lines.
ITEM performance is guaranteed on our own hardware and can be scaled according to the customer’s requirements, offering the most suitable technical solution based on the level of investment.

Thanks to in-house development and production, we can implement a wide range of visual inspection functions, including non-standard applications and installations in demanding industrial environments.
Our systems can be configured with a variable number of cameras and a processing unit compatible with any existing architecture, allowing seamless integration with systems already installed on site.
ITEM cameras are ECE R10 and IP68 2 atm certified and can be equipped with application-specific optics and features, including heated, cooled, pressure-resistant, dust-resistant, and extreme-environment configurations.
Our video processing units can be supplied with different levels of computing power according to project requirements. We can also customize housings, accessories, and mounting brackets.
