Grooming control
Continuous grooming monitoring and real-time alerts
A grooming error must be detected immediately so it can be corrected without wasting time and fuel.
The systems recognize it in real time and alert the operator, who can correct it during the pass: the process is optimized and the final result on the slope improves, with no extra passes.
Recognition is based on proprietary AI models, trained on datasets collected in the field. Snow is a difficult subject, which is why the models must be trained on images collected in real conditions.
Winch control
Cable and winch monitoring, before it becomes a problem
The systems follow the cable spooling on the drum and recognize positioning and winding errors in real time, allowing immediate intervention to prevent damage and accidents.
The same systems inspect the cable strands for signs of wear, before they can turn into a risk.
It is predictive maintenance applied to the component that must not fail.
