// Robot Guidance
vision for robotic cells
Bin picking, depalletizing and pick&place
Vision-guided robotics delivers excellent performance even in situations that are not perfectly predictable. Instead of tooling the line so that position is guaranteed, the robot adapts by reading the position and orientation of the part from the camera.
It is an excellent solution when formats change often or when parts are overlapping and disorganized.

Complete systems
Vision, processing and automation
A typical depalletizing configuration includes a variable number of high-resolution PoE cameras, a video processing unit with AI acceleration and a dedicated monitor (optional).
The software detects the position and size of the items with centimeter tolerance and passes the coordinates to the PLC via MODBUS or OPC-UA.
Several inspections can run in parallel on the same system.
The AI algorithms are trained on images captured in the field and labeled by our developers, not on generic datasets.
Tailored technology
In-house 3D cameras
If the part geometry is known and repeatable, Mono3D is the solution.
A single camera, with accuracy up to 1 cm at 4 meters.
If instead the robot has to pick objects of variable shape, or parts we do not know in advance, you need the Bi3D stereo pair, which reconstructs position regardless of size and geometry with millimeter accuracy.
