systems for operating areas

Marine vision systems

Marine vision systems work in complex operating conditions: salt air, constant humidity and, for underwater systems, high pressure.
On top of this there is the continuous movement of the hull, which complicates calibration.

We design and manufacture marine cameras and complete vision systems in-house, built to withstand the marine and subsea environment.

Marine vision systems for ship and port cranes

Marine construction

IP68 cameras at 2 atmospheres with patented tropicalization and protective systems in specific versions.

High pressure

Pressure-resistant versions for underwater applications and deep-sea inspection down to 200 m.

Load monitoring

Load control and operating area monitoring functions, applied to ship and port cranes.

Build quality

Certifications and tropicalization

The IP rating certifies resistance to external agents, but sometimes the problem comes from the inside: trapped humidity that leads to condensation and corrosion.

Our tropicalization technology is patented and is a construction choice, not an after-treatment.

The cameras are anti-fog by design and operate from -55 to 125 °C, with PoE power, resolution up to 4K and connectors and lenses of your choice. We also manufacture ATEX, heated and liquid-cooled versions.

Cranes and inspection systems

Systems for port cranes and offshore inspections

On marine cranes we offer the same functions we offer on land: control of load positioning and attachment points, operating area monitoring, hook and rope inspection, using hardware highly resistant to the most aggressive environments.

Processing takes place on board, in real time, on units that handle up to 20 high-resolution video streams simultaneously, and interfaces with existing on-board systems through any protocol.

underwater inspection

Below the waterline

Our cameras have been used in underwater inspection and in the deep sea, as well as in pipe and sewer inspection: applications where access is difficult, recovery is expensive and failure is not an option.
