// Quality Control

product and process control

On-machine quality control

Quality control through Machine Vision inspects the part both directly on the production line and at the end of the process, in order to catch a defect before it reaches final testing.

We design custom systems optimized for the inspection required.
We step in above all where standard solutions cannot be applied: mechanical or layout constraints, special environmental conditions or frequently changing parts.

Machine vision quality control on the machine

Surface properties

Detection and assessment of production defects, porosity, stains, fractures and anomalies specific to your process.

Dimensional inspection

Measurement of dimensions and positioning with accuracy up to 0.25 mm on 1 m components and 0.07 mm on 30 cm components.

Recognition and counting

Recognition and counting of parts, components or foreign bodies, with classification also through AI inference.

Real operating conditions

Visual inspection in any environmental condition

Our systems are designed to remain effective regardless of lighting conditions, temperature and part orientation.
We design each system tailored around the customer’s requirements.

In hostile environments we build protected cameras. We manufacture IP and analog cameras, depth cameras, thermal, NIR and IR cameras, ATEX-certified and pressure-resistant versions, with heated or liquid-cooled housings, also used in foundries, blast furnaces and ATEX Zone 0 environments.

2D and 3D vision

Choosing the technology from the defect

Recognition and measurement are performed with 2D and 3D camera systems, thermal cameras and dedicated lighting systems, combined case by case.

We use deterministic Computer Vision, Fourier-based algorithms and AI inference, choosing according to the problem.

upgradability over time

Always up-to-date systems

Our systems handle variants with no development required on the customer’s side.

We remain available with remote support and software updates to ensure continuity even on critical plants. This matters most for those working with machines that cannot stop.
