in-line quality and process control
Production process monitoring
Monitoring the production process with vision systems aims to catch small errors and delays before they become a problem.
A few tenths of a second that add up, an imperceptible error created upstream in the process, a misplaced part that blocks the line: all of these situations can be recognized in advance thanks to vision systems.
These are losses that almost always show up as lost productivity at the end of the shift or as scrap. A vision system makes them visible as they happen, measurable and solvable.

Real-time processing
Several inspections on one system
You don’t need a system for every check. Thanks to parallel processing, different inspections can run simultaneously on the same unit, keeping real-time performance even with AI inference active.
The processing units we manufacture handle up to 20 high-resolution video streams at once and reach 150 TOPS. In in-line inspection applications we work with detection rates of up to 6,000 parts/hour.
Statistic data collection
From the single event to the report
The systems can store and analyze the collected data and return it as statistical reports. This is the part that lets you increase productivity: understanding where the line loses time, which product codes generate the most scrap, and at what times of day anomalies cluster.
We don’t provide a standard dashboard: we develop tailor-made systems.
