People, foreign objects along the line or machine behavior out of the ordinary.

Detection happens in real time and can trigger an alert to the operator or an automated action on the plant, depending on the customer’s project requirements.

Human detection is based on proprietary AI models, trained on public datasets and on images collected in the field.

Several inspections can run on the same system in parallel: checking the integrity of PPE, recognizing foreign objects, monitoring the machine cycle, without losing real-time performance.

Full integration

Alerts and automation where you need them

Alerts can appear on a monitor at the workstation, on an interface already present on the machine, or become a signal to the PLC.
We interface with any industrial communication protocol.

ITEM cameras are built for extreme environments. They are certified IP68 at 2 atm and ECE R10, and are anti-fog by design.
For foundries, furnaces and ATEX areas we build dedicated versions with cooled or heated housings.

They add awareness of what is happening by covering blind spots and critical areas, but do not replace the certified safety devices required by regulations.
