Milestones of our Group
1995
The Company is established for the production of high-tech industrial cameras and micro-cameras, entirely Made in Italy.
1999
With increasing demand, the Company moves to its current headquarters in via Chialamberto 4 in Turin (Italy).
2010
The subsidiary ITEM MARE, a leader in the production of marine stabilizers, joins the Group. ITEMGROUP is born.
2015
ITEM products are used in 42 countries worldwide, from Scandinavia to Australia. The Group's international expansion has begun.
2019
With the acquisition of Utopia, ITEM products gain image analysis capabilities through Artificial Intelligence.
2025
30 years on, ITEM stands as international leader in the production of complete Vision Systems, from manufacturing to Computer Vision.

ITEM, founded in 1995, designs and manufactures in Italy complete Technological Vision Systems, with AI capabilities, Smart Analysis and proprietary Computer Vision softwares.
ITEM MARE
ITEM MARE is ITEM’s marine division, founded in 2010 in Turin. Initially created for the design and production of nautical stabilizer, produces Advanced Vision Systems for yachts and vessels.
UTOPIA
Utopia, founded in 2016, is the software division of the group. It develops AI-driven softwares, Computer Vision solution, and creates immersive contents using 360° 11K cameras and VR Industrial Training Experiences.
